am not accept reliance is best & Top 1,
    b’coz i bought reliance netconnect+ unlimited plan at dec 2011. monthly rs.750.
but am totally disappointed about reliance. reliance is totally fraud.
my data card max reachd the speed is 456kbps only,
thats avg speed is199 kbps at < 5GB.
After finish the usage of 5gb, then its come to the speed is 56 kbps.
but they said 3 mbps before using 5gb.
but ithu varai my laptop la 100 kbps thanda ve illa. weekly 4 times cc call panuven. athuku avanga KODUKIRA SOLUTION.
    1. clear the cookies & TEMP FILES.
    2. data card a uninstall panni reconnect pannuga.

Reliance data card is a waste product.Buy the product if you want simply spend your money and no worthy.

  4. Benny says:

    Here is my advice:

Do NOT by your USB modem from any ISPs. Buy a third party retail USB stick like Hawaii or Micromax etc. It would cost you less than s.2000 in which you can use any 3G SIM. I advice you to buy the USB stick which supports 7.2MBPS not the one which supports 3.2.

Try with BSNL 3G sim with a minimum data plan. Take your laptop OR mobile to various places where you work regularly and check the speed. Next try MTS,Aircel, Airtel and even reliance. One works for a person need not work for others – This is a bitter truth about 3G in India. Its a shame that even if you are ready to py Rs.2500/month you have no option here to get a reliable high speed connection. This is a shame.

So test it with all minimum packages – which is going to cost a 3G sim and a minimum package that sarts from Rs.50.

In my personal experience (I tried everyone of them) with a city limit almost all are same. But outside city Tata Photon + is stable but I never got a high speed.

Every ISP wants to ripe out the best before they invest to offer the their best to the customers.

  5. SaiSurash says:

Reliance Netconnect + is absolutely a very waste device, I’ve ever used. To activate my account, because the retail outlet did not send the submitted documents to their backend, they have deactivated my account. When submitted the same they have taken five business – days, to scan these two documents and send this to the backend team for verification. They ask apologies and sorry very liberally and do not bother to do the needful. Every Customer Care Rep. makes false committments every time I call them to get the status update. I only dream when these service providers would improve. I’m sure this would improve only if the TRAI rules and policies are very stringent and straight.

  6. S Chatterjee says:

Reliance Data Card is Fraud. No service, but customer care will say “please sir bill pay kar dou, abhi sahi ho jayega”. Bc, mc. After disconnecting it for 6 months, they send me a call to bay a bill which is not mine, as___ ho___. Now i have to pay bill to stop messages, notices, and calls from reliance datacard. This is the business model, trick customers. But how long. Strictly no to reliance products.
